The Genesys UX Studio team is looking for participants!
We want to learn more about how users of our product complete common tasks in Genesys Cloud. We want to speak with people who work in or with the contact center across Genesys customer and partner companies.
ABOUT THE STUDY:
- Date: February 6-17 (possibility to extend, additional studies incoming)
- Type of study: video chat with one of our UX team members
- Length: 20 minutes
- Location: Remote – via Zoom
- Reward: $25USD e-gift card, swag, charity donation, or GCAP Points, 1-2 weeks after participation
