Participate in a tree test!
A tree test is a quick and fun exercise to learn how users of a product navigate to complete common tasks.
We invite people who work in or with the contact center across Genesys customer and partner companies in a supervisor, contact center manager, or agent-like role to participate.
Complete the brief survey if you're interested. If you are eligible for the study, a researcher will email you a link to participate in the 15-minute study.

- Date: June 22-30
- Type of study: task-based labels test (tree test)
- Length: 15 minutes
- Location: Remote via Optimal Workshop (Tree Jack)
- Reward: $25USD e-gift card, swag, charity donation, or 3,000 GCAP Points, 1-2 weeks after participation
