    Hi Team ,

    Need guidance with Embeddable framework. We embedded the framework with Service now , able to achieve the basic functionalities but stuck with screen pop.

    How to pass the screen pop information coming for an inbound call in the framework to the service now ?

    We can see the info the console logs and in the conversation API.

    Hi @MaheshwarJD, Can you please let me know the procedure of how you have embedded the framework(Genesys CLoud Embeddable framework) within servicenow.
