Hello,
After receiving a call, I'd like to set up a complex system in the form of a decision tree to qualify the call : For example, I'd like to attach the following wrap-up codes to an interaction: "Subscription", "Contract not signed", "Reason: too expensive compared to competition".
I was thinking of setting up a script with several choices for the agent, and then patching the various wrap-up codes via data action /api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}.
However, I have the impression that I can't patch multiple wrap up codes at once.
Is there another solution?

Hello,
You can only apply one wrap up code value. Only one value can be saved for the conversation's participant.
