We have a user reporting that the popup window that allows for editing and sending of email/sms messages is loading with a prompt to search for a profile, rather than loading with the form to edit the email they are sending, as it does for everyone else.
Is this just a client side setting? Or a configuration we need to change from the admin side?

Looks like a bug, please open a ticket with PureCloud Care as Tim suggested.
