You can also sort by Public/Private or if it is a Favorite or not.

- Yup! I just copy the existing dashboard by mousing over the summary view and selecting the 'copy' button, make adjustments and then make the new dashboard visible to everyone.

- Can I create alerts from the Dashboard? ie agent in a status too long or calls being missed
- You can change the text based upon conditions by selecting the 'bell' (warning) icon while editing a widget.
