    I am trying to give our agents the permission to view only their Agent status report but no-one Elses. I haven't be able to locate a permission that allows this. Is anyone aware of a way to do this?

    I don't see any provision in that permission for a condition, so not possible at this time.  I created an idea for this: Allow condition on Status Timeline to | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io).  Go vote and comment.
