Genesys Cloud - Main

We recently enabled AI Summary and Insights but I'm having trouble looking the correct permissions to enable this within the Interactions/Transcripts view. I've managed to enable the AI Insights section but it shows 'No insights to display' even though when we confirm with an Admin account - it shows a summary as expected.

Would anyone be able to advise what permissions are needed to display AI Insights? Thanks.

Here are the following permissions:

Resource Center Doc

1. Core permissions:
   1. Speech and Text Analytics > AiSummary > View
   2. Recording > Recording > View Sensitive Data
2. Additional permissions for full functionality:
   1. For sentiment data: Speech and Text Analytics > Sentiment Data > View
   2. For managing settings: Speech and Text Analytics > Insights Settings > Edit

Since you are getting the "No insights to display" on the admin account I believe this could be a permissions issue.
