According to the ServiceNow release notes, support for the phone book feature was added on September 22. However, when I check the UI in my environment, the phone book icon shown in the release notes does not appear. We are using the legacy UI. I have upgraded all ServiceNow plugins to the latest versions, but the issue persists.
Could you please let me know why the phone book icon is not displayed? Is any additional configuration required?
