Hi Genesys Cloud Community,
As an improvement to Co-browse for Web Messaging, we are planning to release minor visual updates to the agent's Co-browse panel. This is being done as part of an effort to standardize certain design components in Genesys Cloud. There will be no impact to the legacy Co-browse interface for Web Chat and Voice channels. You can expect to see these updates take effect in the coming weeks, there is no action required within your organization.
With these improvements, there will be greater visual differentiation between action buttons available to the agent. Below is a screenshot of improved control panel.
With these design changes, there are no impacts to the available capabilities during the Co-browse session. This post is to serve as an advanced notice of these changes before they are implemented.
