Hello Tim,
I'm not as familiar with that phone model since it's not on our managed phones matrix. The only thing that I could think of would be to reboot the computer, try a different USB port, or a different computer. If you have set up the phone properly, there should not be any delay like that.

Our contact center currently has several CS540's connected to Avaya hard phones. I am testing the CS540 with the APU76 connector to my PC with our Genesys Purecloud trial environment. When I make test calls, there is a significant delay when the base & headset kick on. It can be 4-10 when they enable. I have tried using the recommended base settings and have tried my own, but no real improvement. Firmware is up to date. At that point the person I'm calling could have already answered the phone. When I test using a Poly DA85 (wired connection) & Poly BT700 (Bluetooth), it works perfectly without delay in signal.
Does anyone have a suggestion to make the CS540 usable on the Genesys Cloud environment?
