    Hi Team,

    I am using below end points to populate my master tables related to queues and users,

    https://api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/routing/queues

    https://api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/users

    however we are not getting all the master list values from these endpoint.

    for eg. if we have 20 different queue coming from the conversation aggregate endpoint then we are getting 18 queues only as the response from the endpoint. Same follows with the user information.

    Hello,

    We cannot investigate customer-specific data via the forum. You would need to open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate the missing data.

    Having said that, I would suggest to take a look at this other post and follow the same approach, in case your problem is related to Access Control and the use of divisions in your PureCloud org: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/getroutingqueues-not-returning-all-queues/7715

    Thanks for your feedback. However can you also share where i can get the routingstatus master list endpoint details.
