  • 1.  Play audio to callee before transfer

    I'm looking for a way to do the following from within Architect and wondering if anyone may be able to offer any suggestions.

    I have customer on the phone in the IVR.
    I want to initiate a second call to a third party,  wait for them to answer,  play a prompt,  bridge the two together.

    Is that something that can be done from within the Architect flows?

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    I don't think that will be possible.  We don't have customization points in Architect for transfers.
