    Hi All,

I am curious if anyone has been able to get the Poly Trio C60 configured?

We are deciding on a couple of audio conferencing devices to fit our boardroom and the C60 looks appealing, however, I don't see any support information for this particular phone on Genesys support sites. Only ones that fit for us would be the Trio 8800, whereas, the C60 looks more in line with our boardroom aesthetic. Sad that I'm now concerning myself with the look of a phone, but here we are...

The Trio series offers great sound for whatever room you have.  I personally think they are kind of blocky and unattractive - but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you have more than an 8-foot table, go with the extension mics.  Me, I like the Jabra UC devices or the Yealink one.  One main thing to consider is to see if you have a wire to the center of the table and if not, look for the wireless units.  Tacky to have a network cable running off the edge of the table.

Agreed on the extension mics if you have a large table. It makes a big difference to the audio for whoever is connected to your meeting. It also helps so that the folks around the table don't feel like they need to shout to be heard.

    Hello Altaf,

Welcome to the Community! It looks like we do not have the Polycom Trio C60 listed in our Managed phones: models and features matrix. I do know that our Dev team has rolled out new phones to this list. I would recommend submitting an Idea to the Product Ideas Lab if there is a particular model that you would like to see support for.

You could also set up the phones as an unmanaged phone.

It works well as an unmanaged phone - easy setup.

    Hello Robert,

Can you outline the steps to setup as a unmanaged phone?  I am having an issue keeping the Trio registered.  It initially registers then after some time it unregisters.  Would I just need to adjust\enable the Keep-Alive on the station setup?  Thank you in advance for your time on this.

    Thanks,

    Tony Kidd
