Polycom not connected to Primary after reboot

    Hi Guys,

    Good day!

    We have a small issue. 
    This is regarding a phone that was disconnected and when it is active, it registered to Secondary Edge.
    Plus the connection status for the Primary Edge is disconnected.

    I tried searching the solution for the phone to register back to Primary and can't find any.

    Would you please help on this, if you encountered one.
