I'm integrating with Genesys Cloud for Salesforce.
By setting the softphone layout, the Salesforce object pop-up is realized when receiving an incoming call.
Is there a way to pop up any object (case or lead) when receiving an incoming call from anonymous (incoming call without knowing the number)?
