  • 1.  Porting a flow from one Cloud CX platform to another

    Hi all,

    We work with Genesys Cloud CX and use a Pre-Production and Production entity within the Cloud platform. 

    Porting a flow from the Pre-Production environment into the Production environment always leads to hundreds of validation errors because of the unique GUID's that differ between the two environments and require manual correction of these 'errors', which is time consuming and can lead to simple mistakes by selecting the incorrect value.

    Has anyone come across a tool that can assist with this in Genesys.

    Genesys will tell you they have CX as Cloud with Terraform, but I have found that two AppFoundry apps Blackchair and Emaann both offer a better interface, better checking and controls, and a much better experience than CX as Cloud.
