I am facing the following situation, I have a campaign in preview dialing mode, which works with a contact list that has a "ScheduledDate" column that indicates from what day and time this contact can be called. If I call a client that is already in time to be called, but when answering it tells me to call him in 4 hours, I do not want to use the option of using the callback, but I would like to change the value of the "ScheduledDate" column and manually assign the time (4 hours later).
When doing this, I have to wait to go through the whole list of contacts and once the whole list has been gone through, recycle the campaign so that once the corresponding time has passed, it will be called.
The idea is that it is not necessary to recycle the campaign and that automatically if the contact is in position 25, it will be in the corresponding position once the "ScheduledDate" value is updated and that the contact can be called again without the need for the campaign to have been recycled.
Is this possible, has anyone encountered the same situation?
