    I'm trying to create new fields in Live Now's vision for a journey.
    I found this screen and wanted to do something similar, have you already done it? It's possible?

    For my case, I am using Messenger Deployment.

    That is considered a media interaction different and separate from Web Messaging. This interaction is based on a GPE we visit that is keeping track of customer web visits and the attributes attached to the cookie.  With Web Messaging, you can send in customer data when you initiate the messaging session.  That can be presented to the user or written to the notes, but can't be brought into this view.
