There is not a good way that I can think of to capture the fact that the call was placed on behalf of a queue as a flag for pre-pending a digit...hopefully someone can come up with something.

If an agent places an outbound call on behalf of a queue, we want the call to route through a separate trunk. To achieve this, we would like to automatically prefix the call with a digit, such as '9'. Is there a way to automate this prefixing when an agent selects to make a call on behalf of the queue, ensuring the prefix is not missed manually?
