    Good afternoon Forum:

    To develop a custom chat system to be used as a Premium App or Client App - Web application - into de PureCloud environment, we are reading how those approaches work and how those have to be configured. We have a question: Would it be possible to display automatically a Premium App / Client App (Web Application) funtional UI view once a chat interaction arrives to the PureCloud Contact Center Agent due to the assigment the ACD routing does of the interaction to the agent? The use case is described following:

    1. A customer request a chat session with PureCloud Contact Center by clicking a button in the Contact Center webpage.
    2. Then the chat is created and the ACD routes the interaction to the most available agent.
    3. Once the Agent receives and picks up that chat session request, a Premium App/Client App functional UI must be displayed in a PureCloud Contact Center Agent´s UI panel associated (left-panel or centered-panel) automatically.

    It's not currently available for an app widget to automatically pop up once an interaction or any event occurs.

    EDIT: It's possible to show a toast pop up though(using Client App SDK) to inform your agents to open the widget if a chat interaction is received.
