    Hi,

    Counting the number of responses according to the primary presence is different from the aggregate value. I was wondering if someone can shed some light on this.

    If the interval in which you're tabulating data is different, you could get different results. If that's not it, please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate. Customer-specific data cannot be investigated via the dev forum.
