Genesys Cloud - Main

Hello everyone,

I recently deployed the function Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework,
This one works very well, but I would like the agents to receive a notification in Google Chrome which is not currently the case
I checked the option in my browser etc..

Is there a modification to make in my .JS file or is it in another place?
