    Hi all.

    Anyone having issues playing back / viewing live voice interactions?

    When trying access a live interaction, it looks like the attached pic.

    Raised with Case.

    So, you shouldn't be a seeing any wavefile, but a message that the conversation is still in progress.  Are you sure this is a live view?   Also, that wavefile is very strange.  Can you make sure your recording codec is set to Opus in the Trunk Settings?

    Hi Robert,

     

    Thanks for the response.

     

    Was linked to an incident in our region causing delays in some real time data and Interactions.

     

    Issue has since been resolved 😊
