Hello, good afternoon. We have an OM integration (Custom WhatsApp Integration) which currently works correctly. But we have some concerns because when reviewing the interactions in the dynamic views, we observe that the From column contains the customer's cell phone number, but the To column contains the IntegrationID.

In the documentation: https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/openmessaging/inboundMessages#inbound-text-message it is observed that the IntegrationID is entered in the To variable, so we configured the integration according the documentation. But the client wants to see the DNIS (incoming number) in the "To" column, instead of the IntegrationID.

Is it possible to, instead of sending the IntegrationID in the variable To, to send something else, like the DNIS, so in the Queue View the client sees the ANI and the DNIS? Or changing this variable in the package would cause issues in their function?

If that change is not possible, is there anyway to use a variable to send the DNIS so it is visible in the dinamic views (that is not the external tag)?

I'm attaching screenshots with the message as it's being sent now

Thank you so much for your time.
