we have a problem related to campaign callbacks. Agents in this campaign use a script that contains a data action that loads data into an external CRM. We have recently changed the data action, and therefore, the script also. The old data action threw an error when updating records in the external CRM, and that's the main reason for this change. New calls update the CRM OK. But the problem is the callbacks scheduled prior to the script change are still using the old script, I guess because callbacks inherit all the properties of the original call, even the script version. Is there any solution for this? Right now every callback is a problem... Thanks
