Hi everyone,
I'm racking my brain... but I can't find a way to understand if a conversation is disconnected, from an event based standpoint.. that solves for inbound and outbound use-cases all in one event.
I understand we can execute workflows at customer.end or conversation.acw.. to where we can then execute a Data Action to check whether the conversation is disconnected or Not. I'm trying to avoid those extra API calls, so I can listen to a SINGLE topic.. to a disconnect event.
Is that available with Process Automation or EventBridge?
Anyone have any ideas?
