Dear engineers.
would you please help to clarify below question if somebody had similar scenario.
Scenario:
- The organization has 2 TTS engines, the Genesys TTS, and the other one is integrated Nuance TTS.
- The organization default TTS engine is Genesys TTS.
- There is a flow, under flow Settings -> Supported Languages, there is a language added and its TTS engine is Nuance. i.e. zh-hk
- In flow user prompts, upload a pre-recorded voice file under a language zh-hk, content in voice file is '123', and prompt named as 123
- in flow, add a 'play audio' action, and set an expression --> ToAudio(prompt.123), ToAudioTTS("ABC")
- Nuance TTS engine is down from its end.

which message will be heard?
A 123ABC

C blank audio
