  • 1.  Provisioning the B and E Series Poly phones for Genesys Cloud Voice

    Hey all!  Has anyone on here ever provisioned the new E Series or B series Poly phones with Genesys? We are looking to get a few but want to make sure they will work with GCV before we spend the money on them. Thank for your help!

    These are not supported as managed phones and I have not seen plans for support of them on the roadmap.  The unmanaged phone feature (if we ever actually get it) should be able to support them.  You will have to wait for this feature (hopefully late July) and test.

    Hey Andrew,

    I was looking at the Product Ideas Lab and like Robert said, it looks like our Dev team is working on some of these phones, including the the new E Series or B series Poly phones, for an upcoming development cycle and it should be coming soon.

    Jun 5, 2024 - Scheduling development resources, preparing to go in-progress. 

    If you click the VOTE button on that page, it should notify you via email as this Idea progresses through development. That would be your best bet for seeing when the upcoming rollout for those phones is scheduled.
