    hello,

    we are consuming the API for reporting and as we are changing into another platform we are being asked if Genesys support pub sub, therefore I have been reading about it as is not familiar to me,  I would like to know if pub sub is recommended for reporting/ billing purposes?
    Can somebody with more experience can help/ guide on this?

    Google Pub/Sub is a streaming analytics platform similar to EventBridge.  There is no direct support for Pub/Sub, but you could create notification webhooks in there like we do with EventBridge and have a real-time feed of statistics to Pub/Sub.  As for the extraction of historical data, you need to use the Batch Job features of the Genesys Cloud Analytics program.   I would be very interested in discussing with you the reason for the change.  Maybe I can change your mind.
