The options used to be:
- Notify agents for any changes to their shifts
- Notify agents for any shift start or end time changes
- Do not notify
These options were removed as part of the introduction of business units, multi-week forecasting, multi-week scheduling, and additional scheduling constraints.

Removal of these options was due to technical limitations of current notification system with increased scale requirements. There are plans to improve notification system, but I would second George's suggestion on submitting an idea on Ideas Lab for the 'granularity' options on schedule publish. Product Management can review that and other ideas.

The feature which allowed for selection of which agents are notified regarding schedule changes (All, Only those with changes, None), has it been moved please or removed?
Currently the publish notification is going to the users.
