  • 1.  Pulling all agents attached to a skill

    Hello,

    I have looked a few times within GenCloud and have not seemed to be able to find a place where I can easily access all agents who may be attached to a specific skill.  We have quite a few business units and queues, and I would like to be able to quickly verify how many individuals are attached to a skill that impacts multiple BUs.  Ir is likely in a very clear and obvious place and I am just missing it.

    Hi Jon,

    I guess the better option for action manually is to use Skill Performace View, select the skill that you want to see, and select the tab "Agents" to see all agents with this skill.

    Under Configuration, Agents, you can filter by skill and export.
