    Hi,

I am not sure I post at correct platform on this issue. Or someone can advice me where should I post.

I have a customer in Australia, they have different options operate in different operation hours. In main hotline, some options operate in between 8am - 6pm, some from 8:30 - 5:30pm, some 9 - 6pm, and some operate 24 x 7.

I am planned to create a Schedule Group in Australia Time Zone.

In my Call Flow, I will use GetCurrentDateTimeUtc() to get the current time, and use the IF statement to handle the different operation hours, however, I am not sure how to handle when the clock reached the DayLight Saving Time.

    Could you advice this?

    Regards,

    Johnson
