PureCloud embedded phone auto log out

    Hi,

    We had implemented PureCloud for Zendesk where the agent is working with the embedded phone in the Zendesk. The agent is experiencing auto log out every time when they back to work after "meal".

    Anyone have idea on how can we change/prolong the session time out of PureCloud so that the agent will not be auto log out as frequent?
