We had implemented PureCloud for Zendesk where the agent is working with the embedded phone in the Zendesk page as below.
Anyone experience when agent place the status on "meal" and screen lock the computer, after back to work (unlock screen), the status automatically on "available" status? Is this a normal behavior?
