    We are implementing PureCloud for Salesforce for a customer. With e-mails, they want to be able to cherry pick e-mails from Salesforce queues, but still use Genesys Cloud routing flows to choose the correct Salesforce queue (based on content analysis etc). Is there a feasible way to do this?

    EDIT: We managed to get this working with custom attributes populated from Salesforce. We can provide email content using those and use it to do routing decisions.
