Hi. Setting up emailadress for customer gives "example@customer.purecloud.ie" in PureCloud. When forwarding email from "example@customer.com" to PureCloud-domain, we want to reply from customer.com domain, not PureCloud-domain.
Do I misunderstand the purpos of "Reply To" should give me ability to alter email of sender?
When I enter "example@customer.com" here, I still got "excample@customer.purecloud.ie" as senders mailaddress.

Sounds like you are trying to follow these instructions: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/register-domain-redirect-inbound-messages/. You want to use the From Email Address field rather than the Reply To field to achieve the goal.

Thanks! You are right. -We will configure From Email Address field to make the result perfect..
