Hello,
I have a 1-888 toll-free number purchased through Purecloud that currently points to a Purecloud Queue. Due to changes in our business, we have needed to move this queue to another partner.
I wanted to know if it's possible to:
1) point the toll-free number to an external (non-Purecloud) DID, or
2) release the toll-free number and port it to another provider?
