PureCloudInteractionUtility doesn't show Genesys Cloud CX script

    Hello all!!!

    PureCloudInteractionUtility doesn't show Genesys Cloud CX script when maximized button is pressed. When the interaction arrives to Salesforce, it shows the Genesys Cloud script, but if you press maximized button, the window is blank. After, if the customer hang-ups the interaction, the script appears again in the PureCloudInteractionUtility window

    We are checking it in three different customers with Salesforce-Genesys Cloud CX integration

    Hello Alberto, 

     

    You are going to have to open a customer care ticket since this is a newer integration. Customer care will need to review console logs and network har logs. 

     

    Also make sure you are on the most recent version of the package. 

     

    If you need direction to creating a ticket with customer care.
