I don't think you're going to find an exact 1:1 replacement, and it'll be about what features you're not willing to part with vs those you'll have to decide if worth it.
Whilst I haven't extensively used Genesys Multicloud CX (formely PureEngage and Genesys' original on-premise product) - this seems like the most customisable platform that with development effort could replicate PureConnect better than what Genesys Cloud CX (formerly PureCloud) can.
Also depends if you used PureConnect as a Unified Communications / Enterprise Communications platform as well as Contact Centre - as Genesys Cloud CX only offers very basic UC (telephone) functionality - otherwise you'd need to consider integrating Genesys Cloud with Teams or Zoom phone.
