  • 1.  Pureconnect vs Verintrecording cti/icelib for additional (recorder)data

    Hello Verint specialists

    Im looking for a way to add extra callinfo to Verint.
    Like SKILLgroupnames per call, Nanswered, and attributes were I can trigger recordingrules by.(rec y/n question in Attendant)
    Does anyone here have experience with this?


    How can this be done on Pureconnect side?
    By Icelib adapter settings?
    By setting (cti)attributes in attendant?
