Good Morning Community-

I have been having agents ask about the comment section at the bottom of evaluation forms. I thought it said 'evaluator comments' . Now it says 'supervisor comments' It is rare that we have a supervisor do the evaluations and its creating some confusion on role titles of those who are are doing the evaluations. 

Does anyone else have this same issue? Should we add this to the idea portal for a change?

I just tested this in our production environment, we are not seeing what you are experiencing.  We have a comment box for our evaluators with the wording of "overall evaluation comments and the agent still is showing as "agent comments".

I have the team testing this out, I'll provide an update on this shortly. Appreciate your patience on this.
