Did you know that the Genesys Cloud: WEM - Quality Management course both in self-study and instructor led has recently been updated? The main updates to this course include the process of creating an evaluation form, using a policy to assign recording to evaluators, conducting a calibration evaluation, and viewing the result of a calibration. These updates did cause an impact to the Genesys Cloud CX: Quality Management Certification, therefore the certification has been updated accordingly.
