We are pulling Evaluation Details for Completed/In-Progress Evaluations so we can analyze individual Questions, Groups, etc. The current Evaluations Query only appears to key off the "Assigned Date" without the option to use eventTime like the Aggregate Query.
The challenge is that the Evaluations can be assigned anytime in the 90-day window. If I want to query for Evaluations that were just changed today, but could have been assigned 87-days ago I have to set my interval to 90-days and then
Are there plans to update the Evaluations Details Query to use the Event Time as the Interval vs the Assigned Date? Is there a better way of getting the Evaluation Details without having to first query Conversation Details and then retrieve the Evaluations for each individual conversation?
