Hi, if you haven't tried it yet, you can build queries using the Query Builder UI.
https://developer.mypurecloud.com/developer-tools/#/analytics-query-builder
It shows you the JSON query that is used in calling the API.

Could you build a sample one for that particular example?
Not familiar with the Query Builder, don't see how to add the tAlert<x condition (in alphabetical order, metrics go from tAgentRoutingStatus to tAnswered).

That one isn't showing in the query builder, but you can use it in a conversation filter.
