Genesys Cloud - UI New Features

I just wanted to confirm a few points regarding the Genesys Messenger default native UI:

1. "Message Us" Label:
   As per the current implementation, it appears that we are unable to edit or customize the default "Message Us" text in the native UI. Could you please confirm if there have been any updates or if there is any possible way to modify this text using the default Genesys Messenger UI?
   

2. Chat Transcript Download Option:
   We are looking to provide end users with an option to download their chat transcripts. Is there any built-in functionality or recommended approach to enable this in the default Messenger UI?
   Additionally, is it possible to add a custom icon (e.g., a download button) to facilitate this?

3. Icon Customization:
   We'd like to know if there's a way to replace the default Messenger icon with a different image or icon in the native UI. Is icon customization supported in any form, or would that require switching to a custom implementation?
