    In Genesys Cloud, can we have queue callbacks auto answered? If yes, how?

    I assume you are talking about auto-answer as we have for calls Turn on auto answer for agents - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com).

    With callbacks, the interaction has to be picked up and dialed by the agent.  I know this app will allow for the call to be auto-dialed when the callback is picked up, but not to auto-pickup the callback.  Here is an idea for this:  Add Auto Answer for Callbacks | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
