    Hello,

    We currently have a 1:1 queue to skill ratio and we're looking into consolidating some of the queue's while keeping the skills to have a 1:Many ratio. Is there an API endpoint to get aggregated interaction metrics (total offered, total answered, total abandoned, etc) at the skill level? If so, which one would that be? If not, are there any plans to implement one?
