I used this API /api/v2/analytics/queues/observations/query with this body

The data returned On Queue and Off Queue stats. But the On Queue stats does not match what I see when I look at it from PureCloud > Performance > Queues view. The API says that I have two On Queue users but when checking the Queue view, it shows only 1. The API says that one of the On Queue user is interacting, but there are no agents interacting.
Am I calling the API correctly?

If you are seeing the API return data that doesn't match reality, your best bet will be to open a ticket with PureCloud Support to have them investigate.
