  • 1.  Queue Overflow

    No replies, thread closed.
    We have a customer asking for Queue Overflow.   Example.   Calls waiting for any agent in Queue1, after 3 minutes of waiting they overflow to Queue2.  Is this possible, perhaps using Architect In-Queue call flow?

    Create an in-queue flow for Queue1.  Play hold music for 3 minutes then transfer to Queue2.  If an agent picks up the call before the 3 minutes are up, the in-queue flow is ended so it doesn't get to the transfer.
